The DUET company is a company that has been operating since 1996, distributing and servicing laundry equipment such as ironers, dryers, washer-extractors, folding machines, as well as all complementary equipment. These are years of experience gained not only in the company, but also in the State Factory of Laundry Machines “PRALFA”
Based on our many years of experience, we present innovative solutions that will facilitate, streamline and guarantee greater efficiency and the lowest total cost of ownership.

THE COMPANY’S HISTORY

From its beginnings until today, it has been intensively developing its capabilities by providing comprehensive solutions and technologies for compact and industrial laundries. Currently, it is among the best suppliers in Poland, offering the sale of new Polish and international laundry equipment, warranty and post-warranty service, sale of parts, dosing systems and laundry detergents.

1995

Registration of activity. Dorota and Jan together create the first visions and strategies of the company.
On December 29, the business activity under the name of Dorota Antosz Firma Handlowo-Usługowa “DUET” is officially registered.

1996

Establishing the first relationships with hotels and industrial laundries.

Winning their recognition, the company develops and expands its activities by offering full technical support and service packages in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.

1997

In response to the growing interest, Dorota and Jan are expanding their business – they introduce the distribution of original and spare parts and accessories for washing machines of Polish brands.

2000

A breakthrough year in the company’s history. Thanks to the dynamic development, a decision is made to reorganize the company. Dorota and Jan introduce a new segment – the sale of washing machines. The first successful sales transactions of machines of Polish brands take place.

2006

The company celebrates its tenth anniversary on the laundry market.

2011

Artur Antosz – son of Dorota and Jan joins the team.
Makes significant changes. Verifies the needs of newly established industrial and hotel laundries. Seeing the demand, it expands two departments – service and sales. He acquires new contractors by expanding the assortment of the parts store with more consumables

The time of expansion of the service department throughout Poland. Opening of new service points. It is also the beginning of deliveries of a fully automatic ironing line with longitudinal and cross folding to Polish laundries.

2012

This is another important year for the company. DUET establishes cooperation with the world leader in technological solutions Alliance Laundry Systems as an authorized distributor. Duet visits the factory, where he undergoes extensive technical and product training.

2013

The first imported PRIMUS washer-extractors are delivered to Polish laundries, e.g. the legendary series of FS or FX washers. More and more customers began to notice the innovative and timeless approach of the company, which contributed to further development. Under the supervision of Jan, the Pro-Limpeza brand is founded, promoting professional washing chemicals. ProLimpeza, under the supervision of Jan and Artur, implements innovative laundry solutions – precise central liquid chemistry dosing systems for compact and industrial laundries. Thus, it initiates their sale, installation and technological support. Thanks to the trainings in chemical factories and laboratories, they have gained knowledge, thanks to which the installed dosing systems and washing chemicals connected to this day guarantee a repeatable, constant highest quality of the washing process.

2016

The company celebrates its 20th anniversary. Artur Antosz establishes another effective cooperation. Thus, it begins the sale of industrial trough ironers, offering a comprehensive service of their installation and service. The company is growing in strength – it employs more service technicians.

The company is undergoing reorganization and office expansion. There is an escalation of the current activities – more promising contracts are signed. DUET adds the Belgian brand Lapauw International NV to its offer, becoming their distributor throughout Poland.

2017

2018

The DUET under the wings of two generations is growing in strength. Expands the sales department – employment of new employees. Establishes cooperation with the Italian company Pony – thus starting the provision of distribution and installation of finishing machines.

2019

Another son, Michal, joins the team. Under his wings, the online store www.blparts.pl is founded, which is today the leading store in Poland in terms of the largest number of items available for laundry. The beginning of the export of parts to Asia, Europe and Africa. Joining the offer of industrial and innovative VEGA SYSTEMS solutions.

2021

First deliveries and installations of VEGA SYSTEMS machines in POLAND. Participation in the 1st Laundry Forum in Poland.

2022

Next deliveries and installations of VEGA SYSTEMS machines in POLAND. Participation in the 1st Laundry Forum in Poland.
